Two-factor codes can be added in a variety of ways.  Click the Add Button to start a manual entry, copy-and-paste a QR code image, drag-and-drop a QR code image, or to scan a code from your webcam.  Additionally, if supported by the account's website, you may directly scan a code from the webpage.
